Just rs 9.

Let's Start:
1) Active a small 3G plan by dialing *121#
Wb users active 3G pack with rs 9

2)Now use 5-10mb data.
3)Call customer care by dialing 198
4)Then tell them i didn't get 3G speed.
5)They will report your problem and they tell you that you problem sloved it 72 hours.
6) Voila.!!! your sim will unblocked in 72 hours... thats it
